Cancellation 48 Hours or More Before Appointment:

You are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours but More Than 24 Hours Before Appointment:

A cancellation fee of 25% will be applied. Your appointment cost, minus the cancellation fee, will be refunded within 3-5 working days.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Within 24 Hours of the Appointment:

No refunds will be provided.

Failure to Attend Appointment Without Prior Cancellation:
